Inner clock of productivity

Entrepreneurship is an ability of person to turn idea into the action. Sometimes it is much easier than other time. Why? Well, there can be various reasons for that, but one we can explain in this article. Have you ever heard about “Inner clock of productivity”? Wise usage of inner clock can increase your productivity significantly, so keep on reading.
According scientists, your body is influenced by circadian rhythm, which is affected by 24-hour cycle of your sleep and wake up. The theory divides people into three main categories. We have here early birds, night owls and people somewhere in the middle. The early birds gets up early and most of their work is done before lunch, while the owl likes to nap and top performances is given between 18 and 21 o'clock in the evening. There are also some arrhythmic personalities that work as already mentioned types according momentary mental conditions.

0:00 – 01:00 The most appropriate is to sleep at this moment.
01:00 – 02:00 If you do not sleep, do not drink coffee, tea and alcohol. The liver is the most active and rids                         the body of impurities.
02:00 – 03:00 Heart and breath is slow. The body is resting.
03:00 – 04:00 Body works in the most economical mode because of low blood circulation in the brain.
04:00 – 05:00 Body is rested and awakens
05:00 – 06:00 Now is the best time for repetition. Short term memory works perfectly.
06:00 – 07:00 This is the last wake up time for all morning birds.
07:00 – 08:00 Stomach is awaking. It is necessary to have a breakfast and gain energy for whole day.
08:00 – 09:00 Mental activity increases significantly.
09:00 – 10:00 Time for easy learning.
10:00 – 11:00 Primetime for logic. It is a good time to work with numbers.
11:00 – 12:00 Performance reaches its peak.
12:00 – 13:00 It is time to rest and lunch.
13:00 – 14:00 Still it is recommended to rest, because the body is tired and energy devotes particular to                              digestion.
14:00 – 15:00 Recreation has served its purpose. Attention is returned but only for a while.
15:00 – 16:00 Little attenuation for our body again.
16:00 – 17:00 Long-term memory is working. Owls, if you previously did not want to work, this is the peak                         of your attention.
17:00 – 18:00 It is an appropriate time to work out a little
18:00 – 19:00 In this hour of mental activity does not stand out much.
19:00 – 20:00 Time for break or the most suitable time for driving.
20:00 - 21:00 The last starting point for learning or doing something.
21:00 – 22:00 Concentration decreases. Mostly students learn at this time, but it goes slow.
22:00 – 23:00 All processes in the human body slowing down and the body want to go to bed.
23:00 – 00:00 We should sleep and let the body regenerate. Next day it is time for new information and                               new work.

With respect to your inner clock you can achieve much more and easier. Imagine your body as a car. Will you be powerful Nissan GT-R or Daewoo Tico without new oil?
Summary: Although we live a "modern life", we should not forget that man is a part of the nature and subjects to its cycles. Whether you are a morning bird or an owl, as you see, the most productive hours are before lunch. Does that make sense to you? Therefore let your inner clock works as the Swiss ones.
